Global private equity firm Warburg Pincus has acquired a stake in Health Partners Group, Britain’s largest occupational health provider. The deal, which values the business at over £300 million, marks another strategic move by Warburg into high-growth healthcare services, following similar investments in the US and Europe. Health Partners, founded in 2016, reported £77 million in revenue last year and continues to expand its footprint across the UK private sector.
