The Medical Council will announce its stance on artificial intelligence (AI) in healthcare later this year, its head of regulatory policy and standards has said.
Speaking at the International Conference on Medical Regulation taking place in Dublin this week, Jantze Cotter said that the body will publish a position statement on the subject in the coming months.
